Yes, we regularly provide free estimates that are valid for 3 months.

We accept all major debit & credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal and Klarna. Payment must be made on the day once we have completed the work.

We aim to accommodate all requests therefore we tend to be as flexible as our schedule allows. It is helpful to have at least 2 days notice however we can occasionally take same day bookings subject to availability.

We love it when customers like the work of one of our team so we are more than happy to do all we can to arrange this.

We can move certain items such as coffee tables, chest of drawers, sofas and items of similar weight. We would not be able to move tall wardrobes and generally very heavy furniture.

We only use the best cleaning products in the industry. All our cleaning solutions are non-toxic and eco-friendly without exception.

We always appreciate it when customers ensure the carpet is free of clutter before we arrive. A light hoover is also a good idea especially if you have pets.

We always call 30 minutes before we arrive.

It really varies from one carpet type to another but as general rule between 1 and 6 hours. Sofas tend to need more time to dry so they could take up to 8 hours.
